West Cork Guidance was founded in 2016 out of a perceived need for quality guidance counselling to address modern needs.
It is owned and run by Carol McCarthy who is a fully qualified member of the Institute of Guidance Counsellors.

She has experience of working in a large number of schools in West Cork, both as a teacher and Guidance Counsellor, allowing her to assess the guidance needs specific to West Cork.
